Which language is most useful if want to become an anesthesiologist?
Also which GCSEs have people who became anesthesiologist choose?

(1) It's anaesthetist and anaesthetics is the specialty, that's the UK English spelling.

(2) GCSE-wise, aim to go into Medicine first. That's hard enough - pick your specialty when you're studying in a medical school. Most people have lots of A*s and As - for example Oxford med offer holders have an average of 10.8 A*s.

You probably should do English Language, Maths and (at least) double science, preferably individual science subjects + 5 or 6 more subjects.
