Basically im going into my second year of uni this september and im thinking of going straight into my third year of studies in May 2021. Im wondering if student finance would fund me when I start in may as it clashes with the academic year?

I believe you can't have more than 120 credits funded in one academic year so any extra won't be funded

Say when May comes, I pay the first part of the £9,250 (something like £2,300), then when the next instalment comes around September, would it be possible to apply for student finance before then so they can fund the rest of my course from that point?
