Am I now relying on Clearing?
I was unable to complete my English requirements on time due to technical issues and my firm (PPL at KCL) told me they might not consider anything sent after the 31st of July.
Should I now a test and send them results or start looking for opportunities in Clearing/adjustment ?

Speak to KCL, they may be willing to extend the deadline.
However, all unis will have English language requirements- so I think you should still arrange a test ASAP regardless!
