Do I need to do a GRE?

I’m applying for MSc management at UCL for 2021 entry but I feel my application would be rather weak as it’s a highly competitive course.

I have a first class degree in business management from royal holloway. But here is what worries me:
1. First year: 55, second year: 48, final year: 80.
2. Failed two courses 37 in accounting and 32 in marketing.

I had extenuating circumstances for my second year. Is there a way I can show UCL I am capable of achieving 2:1 minimum? I know I can do it. Is the GRE the way forward?

References? I still need them as an external candidate? Or do you mean personal statement?

I’d be amazed if a university didn’t require at least one academic reference for a masters degree.

Lol sorry, I don’t know where I saw something about no academic references.. haha of course yes references:smile:.

Should I mention my “comeback” in my personal statement? Or would it make me a risky candidate to them?

They’ll see that in your transcript.
