Extra mural activities to improve university personal statement

hey everyone!

I recently moved to the UK and I’m about to start my A levels in Business studies, English and History. I’m not sure what I’d like to study in university. Could anyone pls recommend any groups, societies or associations or volunteering opportunities that I can pursue to help enhance my personal statement for university. Thanks.

I can give you a tip on how to write way better personal statements:
read a lot of books, do some research on the topic which you want to study, then draw conclusions from those sources and try to come up with your own approach to those ideas and include your own take on the topics in the personal statement. try to join as many extra curricular clubs in your school that are related to your field of study in university.
