I sent my ex nudes before we broke up I'm worried that he still has them and will send them around, he won't delete them help?

It’s your own fault.
If you’re still worried, politely ask him to delete them, but you won’t know if he has or hasn’t I guess. Did the pictures show your face?

Tell him to meet In person and delete them face to face or you will call the police and they will delete them for you

Sexting is illegal under the age of 18, not 16. It's different to the age of consent.
