im trying to work out the absolute error of my acid after diluting it!

errors are 0.06 for measuring acid
    and 0.3 after measuring water

25 ml of acid was diluted in a solution with water that was made up to 250ml..reducing the caoncentrarion from 0.3 M to 0.03 M

do work out the absolute error of this new concentration do i simply add the two errors for the two measurments...?
