Do you believe in black magic?

Have you ever heard of the placebo effect? A sample group is believed to take the medicine when in actuality they have a 'placebo' which has no impact. In majority of cases the group's symptoms get better as they 'believe' themselves better. It also works adversely with stress, our mind and body are linked. People who are 'possessed' are the ones who believe in the black magic so much that they make themselves ill. I know someone who was supposedly possessed and she's the sort of superstitious sort who believes in evil eyes and rituals to 'ward off bad luck', my belief is that it doesn't exist and it is an extension of someones own worries and beliefs in black magic.

Science never disproved it though.

defo, coming from a Muslim background (idk about you) but black magic is v dangerous as we believe its the jins (bad spirits) who can possess you, the person who has caused this could simply enchant a curse on her. This is usually done by taking a piece of her DNA e.g a strand of hair or a piece of nail. if you do believe it is black magic, id advise you to see a specialist who can perform an exorcism on her. in Islam this is called ruqua usually performed by an iman (a very knowledgable person in the mosque) of course you don't have to do this but this is how we deal with black magic in Islam. hopefully, she gets better

Black magic is definitely real. For all those who say it’s fake or don’t believe in it that’s because it’s easy to not believe in something which you haven’t witnessed or experienced it
