Transferring to University of Leicester from DMU

Hi there,

I am a current student at DMU going into the second year studying Accounting and Finance. I have contacted the university of Leicester whether I can transfer straight into second year and they said they can offer me a place.
However, I am unsure about the resources UOL provides, so please can somebody let me know.
I want to do a placement as well in my third year and I know DMU supports its student with a placement. Does the UOL do the same thing?

I don’t think it’s worth it. If you can get a placement at your current place, stay with them.

My younger brother did the same course at Leicester and he didn’t get a placement.

That’s my take on it.
