Best budget printer 2020

I don't know much about printers but this is what I need:

Something that can print double sided with colour and good quality.
Something that can scan.
Wireless connection would be ideal.

Please help me I wanna avoid spending loads of money on ink but its mainly going to be used for printing past papers (loads)and a some documents for my siblings and myself.

That actually looks really good for a all in one printer although it got me thinking, I heard that inkjet printer cartridges end up costing far more than toner cartridges since they must be replaced sooner.
The link you provided has a "9 month free trial of HP Instant Ink", I think I found a cheaper link however it lasts for 5 months instead.
What you think I should do ?
