This year I was unable to do my GCSEs because of the coronavirus. I’m worried I’ll receive poor results because of my school’s bad history of grades. If I get lower than 7s in my GCSEs, will that badly affect my application ?

Or will they understand the situation and be nicer to my year?

they will probably be lenient and understand
