Show off your transferable skills that you've gained via school/volunteering/etc. Are you referring to a general question and selecting multiple answers to example scenario's or a one to one interview with an employee?

Use the STARR technique when asking competench based questions (situation task action result reflection). Also, you can use volunteering (if applicable) for examples, relate answers to industry/role you are applying for. E.g. if applying for customer assistance, try show your interview you are customer centric (in volunteering case - you priroritise the needs of your clients), sales driven (maybe you've made up a startup one day that made money in school e.g. selling cookies)
