Virginia Bottomley, Conservative MP for South West Surrey (1984-2005) was the first women MP to be elected in the county of Surrey from what I can find on Wikipedia. The seat is currently held by the former Health and Foreign Secretary, Jeremy Hunt.

Other women MPs elected in Surrey includes:
Sue Doughty, Lib Dem MP for Guildford (2001-2005).
Anne Milton, Conservative MP for Guildford (2005-2019).
Claire Coutinho, Conservative MP for East Surrey (2019-Present).
-> This was formerly held by Sam Gyimah who was elected as a Conservative MP in 2010 but went on to defect to the Lib Dems in Sept 2019.
Angela Richardson, Conservative MP for Guildford (2019-Present).
