5 Min Walk from U o L - Tenancy Takeover

Hi guys,
I'm looking for someone to take over a lease tenancy from September 2020-July 2021 for a 1 bedroom studio apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen. It's about a 5-7 minute walk from the University of Leicester on London Road, all utilities are included in the rent.
The rent is 7, 440 pounds for the entire lease. 3720 pounds are due on September 1st, and the other 3720 are due on January 1st, 2021. The deposit has already been paid.
