Idea the digital adventurer part 3 help pls

Right so basically I am doing my idea silver award and I am on the digital adventurer part 3 - the HTML part and I'm very confused. It keeps asking to put sidebars and footers but im soooooooooooo confused - If any of you can help that would be so good and I would be very thankful. I have added a screenshot.
