UCAS Track

My firm choice offered me a different course on UCAS and it says unconditional changed course offer. And when I viewed the details it says
"The university or college has offered you a confirmed place with significant changes.
More details
This offer is subject to you obtaining
Achieve a minimum of GCE A Level Grades BBB"

I already sent them my exam results before they made this offer. I don't understand what this means. I tried to call the uni but most of the people I talk to only deals with clearing and they keep giving the same number.

The track status also said that my firm choice has offered me an unconditional place with substantial changes to my original choice. And now I am waiting for confirmation from Brunel University London.

I'm sorry if this kinda sounds dumb, it just that my track has only been updated today and it's hard to figure out the next step if I don't know the exact result of track.
Can you post a screenshot (removing personal details)? If you have a UCC, it should tell you what the course is that they have offered you

I got DCCE. I initially applied for biomedical then they offer me Pharmacology. I just don't understand what it meant by unconditional changed course offer.
The UCC is because they have offered you pharmacology, which you didn't apply for. You can decide whether you want to accept this. Was Brunel your insurance? Looks like they haven't made a decision yet - contact them (either to accept you if you would rather go there, or reject you so you can accept your UCC/go through Clearing). What grades did you get?
