Hi! I wanted to know if u receive an offer through clearing and the uni tells u to add them to ucas track and u do. How long does it take for the ucas status to change?

It depends on the university and the time/day.
Normally 24 hours on a weekday. It can be faster or slower.

As long as the information on your ucas application matches the information you gave over the phone yes.
