No motivation, at, all. Depression and anxiety honestly get the best of me. I know therapy helps but I need more serotonin. Can I get them?
Find a purpose, it can be going to the gym to finding what you want to do in your career to get good grades in university/school. Also don’t think that finding a girl will help things, you need to be content by yourself. You have to understand that things happen in life and sitting around let time go past doesn’t help, taking action and figuring out yourself does. If you’ve failed at something learn from it, really think about things and ask your self if your happy and if you want to push forward and get on the grind.
If your looking for someone to watch, I would suggest that you watch some Jordan Peterson videos on YouTube or read his book the 12 rules for life.

Did this start in lockdown? Starting a schedule might help a bit with motivation, and you should also talk to a professional about how you're feeling.
I wish it did. It’s been 2 years. I did have a schedule that went on for like a month before I had a mental breakdown and lost all motivation. I even opened up to my friends because it was that bad. I got told to snap out of it🙈I’m scared they’ll turn me down because I’m not ready for therapy rn but I just need something to keep me going

I’ve tried but I lost interest in so many thingsss. Either because I’m not good enough or I’ll get bored of it. I’ve literally tried so many hobbies and all went down the drain because I was **** at all of them. I spoke to so many guys during this lockdown and they just made my mh worse so I cut them all off lmaoo. I’ll check his videos outt tho. Thank youu x

Trust me you’ll find something it might take some time but you’ll eventually get there. Your mental health doesn’t take a day or weeks to get better it’s a constant thing you’ll have to improve on day to day bro. You have to understand also that your friends and even family won’t help you feel better you’ll have to do the majority of that yourself. I’m guessing your a guy so I would suggest watching Alpha male strategies on YouTube as well, his video are on picking up girls but 80% of what he says is about improving yourself and your position in life and the girls that come will be a byproduct. Good watch, funny but motivational.

To help you feel a little more in control, I will just mention that, the serotonin deficiency model of depression was invented by pharma during the 1990s to facilitate the sale of antidepressants, that, in many groups of people are no better than placebo.

Well, then that's what you need to tackle. But *****ing about being bored and doing nothing about the underlying reasons is not gonna help you. If you're sad, seek help from your GP. Therapy will likely help you more than medication will providing you engage with it.
