The Student Room Group

A levels

Hi guys,
I was just wondering whether a university can take away a course place after it’s been offered? Say someone appealed their results and achieved higher than me, could they take my place?

You are safe. If a uni has offered you an unconditional place on their course you are in. No one can usurp you. If another student appeals and is successful the uni will find a place for that other person but not by taking away the place it has offered to you. Congrats.
