Every few generations, something amazing is discovered. Oil, electricity, medicine, radio, sliced bread. The list goes on. However, I think I have just solidified my claim as this generations Tesla, for I have just done something so disgusting in idea that it's actually amazing in practise. I my friends have just added some apricot jam to my oven chips. What are your discoveries in the culinary world?

Dark chocolate > milk chocolate in rocky roads.
IDK if this a "discovery", but it's true

I find that dark chocolate is pretty much always better as an ingredient. Like dark chocolate digestives

I'll have to use dark chocolate next time I make some! I've heard it's better for lactose intolerant people too, but I'm not sure about that

I used to get a milk chocolate egg with bits of fudge in the shell from Thorntons... Man those were good eggs
