Changing course on RHUL

Hello Guys,
I have a little problem. I got my offer in the politics department for studying a postgraduate course in July. In April I noticed in admission portal that there is a part-time mode for another course which I wanted more available, but there wasn't and still is not any information about it on the official website. I made an admission on the 24th of July and still has no response. I think that there are no places. Right now I want to change my course and do You Guys know how hard is it to change course when You have already been given a conditional offer and easily fulfil all requirements? The course I have already been accepted has a 0.7 GPA higher requirement if it matters. Thank You for any response, I will be in London in September and will start getting things done, but maybe there are some steps which I can do remotely?
