I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Gas Works. Due to this, I will change my plan to go to Nottingham. This is the Brand New student accommodation available for 2020/21. Located in the Nottingham city centre about 7 min walk to NTU. It’s a self contained studio (27.8sqm) with a kitchen, double bed, individual en-suite facilities, flat screen TV and generous study and storage space. Rent is 190ppw with bills included. 2 tenants are allowed without additional fee. Tenancy period is 50 weeks from 27 August 2020 to 11 August 2021.
