Previously bullies and now a people pleaser

Throughout secondary I was bullied and now I've turned into this very annoying girl who wants to make everyone like her and in the end gets used by everyone. How can I change this behaviour for uni and is their anything I can do to change my personality before uni?
You’re technically changing yourself so you can be someone people like. That’s not the way to go. You shouldn’t change yourself because then you’ll find someone that’s right for you. What don’t you like about yourself?

No I mean over sixth form I've found myself being a people pleased and allowing people to walk all over me to make them like me. But I don't want to be like this for uni so how do I change it?
