Hi, I have all the information for a problem question on licenses and leases ready to go but despite much searching I cannot find out which layout I am supposed to use, how am I structure the response to a problem style question on leases?

Same way you would do it for any other law quesdtion/ iraq or whatever it is.

1. Intro summarising the legal issues that you have spotted.

2. Then for each issue, have a different paragraph and:
State the Issue
State the Rule or Law applicable to that issue
Apply the law to the particular facts of the problem question
Reach a Conclusion as to the resolution of that issue.

3. Finally, have an overall conclusion which answers the specific question.
