I mean they aren't bad, but I feel I would have done way better if I actually revised during my mocks instead of messing about and put more effort into assessments throughout Y11.
What subjects are you studying for A-Levels/BTECs
Biology, Chemistry, Maths.
Level 2 BTEC - teamwork and personal development
AS level - Thinking Skills
EPQ
How are you feeling about starting Year 12?
Was feeling nervous because of anecdotes from others stating that it would be way harder than GCSEs and there's a big jump in the content, but I quickly grew used o the workload and now I'm finding it manageable and not too difficult.
Any plans for the next year?
Try to get predicted grades of AAA in my three main subjects and also do well in my other two so that I would be able to apply for medicine without worry. Also, complete tons of work experience and get promoted at my squadron in the Air Cadets.
Any plans made yet for what you will do after A-Levels/BTECs?
Yeah, go to uni for medicine.
How was Year 11 for you?
I found it was mostly easy and so I messed about a lot. But I did also find that it was also my best year at school so far because everything other than the pressure on GCSEs was chill and fun.
Any hobbies/interests?
Playing video games, reading and drawing. Also, love watching anime!
How was your lockdown?
Boring but I had plenty of time to reflect and work on myself without any worries about work at school so that's something good that came out of it.
