Is anyone gonna fill out the additional personal statement. I'm applying for law and was thinking maybe about saying why the cambridge course in particular appeals to me but idk

I’m also applying for law and think I’ll mention a few lines about why I want to study the cambridge course in particular. I honestly think it’s better to write something, as there’s no harm in doing so 😁

What are your stats if you don't mind me asking and which college are you applying to?

I'm going to fill it out, but that's mainly because I'm applying to maths with physics at Cambridge, but only physics elsewhere, so I figure I'll use it to talk more about maths generally, as well as what appeals to me about the course. I think if you have something to say about the course, then you should.

I’m applying to Girton because I really liked the friendly atmosphere and strong sense of community 😃

At IGCSE I got: A*A*A*A*A*A
And I’m predicted 44/45 (777 HL) in the IB

I'm the only one applying from my college for English at Oxbridge - my chances are slim as I only just meet the entry requirements but I thought it was worth a shot!!

True..tsr is good for that sort of thing.
Oooh, law. You got an admissions test?
Applying to Wadham (Ox.) for Biology. Feel good because I've sent my application off but nervous too, everyone is sooo good. But I've sent it off now, it's out of my hands. Everything's sooo competitive tho
When's your interviews and all that?

No, I haven't got any tests (That's one of the reasons I decided to apply to Ox not Cam, and also because of lower grade requirements )
Same..december interviews.
Ooh, so: Camb., Bristol and UCL...what about your other 2 options?

Lol lucky omg and yeah good idea. I applied for cam because I'm scared I'm gonna do badly on the lnat and I prefer the course in general.
Exeter and Warwick, what are your 4 other choices?

1) English, history, French, politics, epq
2) history
3) 7 9s and 3 8s (retaking 2 8s in bio and chem)
4) I really like the course as it’s more chronologically broad than the ox course
5) possibly an internal at interview assessment
6) just some wider reading and listening to podcasts
7) probably law conversion lol (basic historian route Ig)
8) no (I like trinity, St. John’s, kings, and caius

wdym retaking 2 8s in bio and chem
