4.Few Reasons. I originally overlooked King’s for really stupid reasons (and actually overlooked Biomedical as a course as well lol) but after doing some research the course structure is honestly perfect for my indecisive self - everyone does the same modules in first year so if I decided any of the other Biomedical / Biochemical Sciences suited me better I could switch in 2nd year woo!. Also , London has always attracted me as a place to study and KCL became a standout to me in terms of the overall atmosphere.
5. UCL, Bristol, Manchester and unsure about my 5th might be Cardiff of SGUL.
6.Went to Life Sciences, Language Dept, some Q+As and PS help session.

I spoke to the head of admissions for biomed at UCL and they said they were going to be more leninent this year because of covid, as apparently some countriesdont actually allow students to do all the sciences and maths . I’m not sure how true that is and we there they’ll actually stick to it but tbh I’m
More set on KCL than UCL. My chemistry teacher wrote in my reference about how I do in maths so idk , that’s all I can use really.

Hi! Thought I'd drop in.
What A-levels are you taking and what grades are you hoping for? I'm doing the IB, HL English, History and Economics. No clue what I'm hoping for but I've been predicted a 44
What subject(s) are you applying to at KCL? LLB Law
What were your GCSE grades? International student, average of 97% across 6 subjects
Why KCL? It's in the heart of London, has an amazing social and student welfare scene, really really great career department too from what I've heard. Plus one of my favorite movie characters went to King's for university
Which other unis are you applying to? Oxford, UCL, LSE, Bristol
Have you gone to any of the (virtual?) open days for KCL? Unfortunately not

I take Politics, English Literature and History. I'm predicted A*A*A* but realistically I just want an A in English lol

Politics!

9999999998, an A in further maths and a Distinction in Music Technology.
4. Why KCL?
I'm very interested in living in London due to obviously studying politics which is so Westminster based - also good for work expeience!!!
5. Which other unis are you applying to?
Durham, LSE, Warwick, Sheffield
6. Have you gone to any of the (virtual?) open days for KCL?
I haven't but I have visited London plenty of times.

What subject(s) are you applying to at KCL? History
What were your GCSE grades? 99887766 and a Distinction in a performing Arts BTec (I went to a specialist performing arts school at GCSE)
Why KCL? I adore London, I'm there 3 ish times a month and have been in love with kings since I was 14!!

Messed my mocks up last year and was awarded these grades, couldn't resit in autumn series so I'm sitting next summer
- Current Grades: B, B, C
- Grades I'm hoping for: A*, A*, A
2. Pharmacology
3. A*, A*, A*, A*, A*, A, A, A, A, A, B
4. Strong international reputation and gut feeling I'll enjoy it there
5. UCL, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle
