Hi, my maintenance loan status has just updated to "verifying payment details", and the 'entitlement summary' is only 4,289 pounds, but i know I am entitled to more than this, due to low household income... what can I do?
Do i just wait for it to update or what

Hi there. as a new applicant we need to verify your National Insurance Number which can take around 2 weeks after you have been approved.

To receive more than the basic amount, you need to provide your parents details and then allow 6 weeks to be re assessed.
Thanks, Isaac

Okay and my parents posted the financial information just a few days ago. So, please would you confirm that the maintenance loan amount will go up if I am entitled to it without me needing to do anything more? And that all i need to do is wait for you guys to process it?

You will most likely receive the basic funding first and then one your parents details are processed, if you are owed money you will receive a backdated payment with what is owed.
Thanks, Isaac
