Hey, to do medicine in uni can you do Biology, Chemistry and German even if your fluent at german or it is your narrative? Because i was born in Germany but i still had to learn the language growing up because at home we spoke English. I want to do medicine in the future so would i be able to study those 3 subjects and still get into medicine?

You will have to see if medical schools accept native language A levels. Leicester, for example, increases your offer from AAA to A*AA if one of your A levels is a native language (with the A* being in your native language). Lancaster will only accept a native language as a 4th subject. You will have to check the policy on native languages A levels at each medical school
