Hey
I am really confused about the whole student finance thing.

I applied to student fiance with my everyday Barclays account.I just heard about santander doing 1/3 of rail card.

Do i have to switch banks or what should i do?
I don't think i have a student fiance account yet so can i just apply to santander and then transfer the student fiance money onto that from barclays account

Erm, that's not how it works. If you take out a loan from Student Finance and register it with Barclays, then you can't expect them to allow you to open another Student account unless you're an edgy person. But yeah, Santander is amazing! I'm so glad I get 1/3 off for 4 years!!!

Ok thats fine then, you can make a santander account and call student finance ASAP to change the bank details you initially gave them, 1/3 railcards, thats a once in a life time opportunity

Yes, as long as your Barclays account is a normal one and not a student account
