Am I missing something something or is this really a bargain accommodation deal?

Okay so I was choosing my university accommodation when I came by this and thought this sounded insanely cheap

Like do you really get your own ensuite/kitchen flat for only 100 a week?
does anyone else think this is insanely cheap?

the link is broken as it's an internal uclan one? But preston is cheap for living costs and so £100 is the normal rate for a standard en suite for the most part.

That is cheap, but UCLAN/Preston does have lower housing costs compared to a lot of unis. I don’t think you’re missing anything.

So based on that link, Pendle Hall is £97.65 to £124.75 per week. There are 1 bedroom self-contained flats, and 2-3 bedroom flats where you share a bathroom and kitchen.

So probably the self-contained flats will be towards the top of that price range (nearer £124) and the shared ones will be towards the bottom (nearer £97). But it should give you the exact price for the flat you’re choosing during the booking process.

Where I went to uni 1 bedroom flats with a shared kitchen and ensuite were about £97 a month.
