I got into uni without meeting my conditional offer. Unis can choose to let you in anyway, and it shows the same on Track as if you had met the offer.

But I met the grade requirements ABB, I’m not making it up.

I don’t think you’re making it up. I think it’s possible that your sixth form made a mistake. The results given to you buy the exam board are your official results.

Try calling the exam boards and your sixth form to get a clarification of your exam results.

In the tens of thousands of certificates i have dealt with, I have never known the exam board make an error, except when they've issued it around the same time as a late review of marking coming back (so it doesn't reflect a late change in grade).

A level results go straight from the exam board to UCAS for university offers, but many people get in with lower than their offer so that's no guarantee your results equaled your offer. The completed certificates are also sent out to schools so the school cannot have has a hand in changing any grades.

I would recommend checking your certificate(s) carefully

1.

Are these definitely A level (not AS) results?

2.

Is it definitely your certificate? Right candidate no? Complete name? etc (I have know results get mixed up between 2 people of the same name and date of birth but the chance of them also doing the same A levels seems vanishingly small)

If that doesn't help, contact the school, ask to speak to the exams officer. Be polite, explain and ask them to check what results they have recorded for you. The school is not likely to give out anyone's results over the phone without some proof of identity so try to have your exam number (or, even better UCI - it's on some exam board certificates) handy to tell them.

It’s annoying that the exam certificates say something completely different to the two schools’ exam results slip letters

Here are my exam result letters from the schools
B in history
B in philosophy
A in English lit
The exam certificates say CCB

Double check they aren't somewhere else in your house and then contact the school(s) The may still have them although they are allowed to destroy them if you haven't collected them after 12 months. If they don't still have them then you have to contact the exam boards and they charge around £40 per replacement certificate.

So I found out one of my schools kept my history a level certificate! I’m picking it up on Monday. Just waiting to hear back from the other school now.
