So i’ve been trying to get back to shape now that the lockdown is over and weighted vest training has been helping me a lot! My shoulders are bigger, finger stronger, back is getting hench and triangular and my love handles are disappearing, yay! Feels good to get fit again! How’s everyone else doing fitness wise? Looking forward to weighing myself tomorrow. Hoping i’ve lost a kilo in the last month! 🤞
