Trainee health care assistant

Hi I’ve just got a confirmation email about my interview as a trainee health care worker! I’m just wondering does anyone know what sort of questions they will ask? Thankyou

When I went for my interview for nursing associate I got asked questions like:
- what qualities do have that make you good for this role?
- what experiences have you had that may help you in this role?
- what do you think your roles and responsibilities will be while working?
- I got shown a description of a situation that i might find myself in and there was multiple choice answers and i had to say what i'd do in that situation.

Just want to echo what gilme007 has said as they basically explained things to you.
Add that why do you want the job as a trainee health care worker, and is there scope for future promotion once you qualify from a trainee health care worker.

Anyway best of luck with interview and hope it goes well for you and you get it ok.
