Spss assistance

I have to analyse worldwide daily covid cases and deaths in addition to world population using spss. I'm provided with an excel data sheet. I researched online and found way to illustrate total cases monthly.
The following are my doubts :
1. How can I get the total of one variable in spss?
2. How Can I make number weeks from days?
3. How to get a histogram for this type of data (I tried but couldn't get one)?

Any assistance or advice would be really appreciated as I'm very lost.

Can't remember too much about SPSS anymore but when I was learning to use it what helped me was this website:
"leard statistics" - it has guides that are friendly to follow.
You could also youtube some videos although you may not find exactly what you are looking for.
Alright Thank you so much. I was able to get few bar charts done as well.
