Every day is a learning experience apparently with some new deviance popping out of the woodwork

I wonder if one of the reasons his employer, rightly, fired him was because he appears to have brought his perversion into the work place and actively taken photos in the office?!

Either way, pretty disgusting.

*Fair warning, the pictures in the article are pretty balls out creepy

An ‘adult baby’ is struggling to find work because employers don’t like the 28-year-old wearing nappies.

Damien Turner from West Virginia, is currently unemployed after being fired from his previous jobs for being part of the Adult Baby Diaper Lover (ABDL) community.

As well as losing work, Damien says he’s lost friends over his unique lifestyle choices yet continues to be an adult baby.

Speaking to Metro, he explained:

Diapers are very convenient, comfortable, and cute. It’s a very nice lifestyle and I wouldn’t want to do anything else. Dressing and acting like a baby gives off a very calm, relaxing, safe vibe. It’s almost as if you were back in preschool without a worry in the world.

Employment is hard. I’m constantly in and out of jobs. Sometimes my employers find my pictures online or just can’t put up with the fact I’m wearing a diaper and acting childish in the workplace.

Damien used to work as a service coordinator in the catering industry and would never hide his personality – he’s extremely candid about his ABDL lifestyle on social media too. Fortunately Damien saved up some money while working so is currently living off that while he’s unemployed, but actively applying for jobs.

Apparently the 28-year-old has been wearing nappies for years and discovered his interest in it during his teenage years.

Damien said:

It’s something I’ve always been into since I was a kid. If I really had to pin it to something I’d say episodes of Spongebob or Tom and Jerry where they are wearing a diaper for a gag or throwaway joke. I found it very appealing and have pretty much been wearing them since I was 16.

I lied and told my parents I had a [incontinence] problem at the time so they would buy me some. Eventually, I told them the truth. My parents don’t really mind at all. I’ve never had a problem with them when it came to my lifestyle.

While his family have been accepting of it, people online and in the streets have been much less so. He explained that people find it ‘hilarious’ and have made videos and even memes of him online making fun. Damien added, ‘It’s kind of embarrassing but it doesn’t really bother me.’

As well as his family, fellow members of the ABDL community have reached out in support of Damien whom he has since become friends with.

Oh yeah, I just saw that in the Mirror. Don't think he's inreased his employment opportunities by giving his permission for the story and photos to be published in the press.

Tbh this is proper weird. Personally, I cannot see why an employer would object on the basis of his social media content. Given the job he does, I wouldn't say it particularly brings the organization into disrepute or creates a conflict with his position.

Bringing his dodgy perversion into the workplace and 'acting weird and childish' as he likes to put it IS a problem and quite frankly he needs to pack it all in and seek help immediately.

Letting the press do a warts and all account of the situation is hardly going to help his prospects, especially when he admits to being a menace in the workplace.

I’m curious, when do the employers find out he wears dippers?

Does he list it in his hobbies on his CV?!
Does he tell them during the interview?!

Looks like a tough assignment for supernanny.

I used to have to share an office with a creepy weirdo who preferred to flaunt his nappy obsession publicly instead of keeping his private life private.
Except he was also into wearing party dresses, sexually attracted by toy animals and going out on weekend picnics to be fed baby food by escorts role-playing mummy or mary poppins. :yucky:

Surely bringing that up in the office is sexual harassment and grounds for dismissal? I'll admit I know next to nothing about employment law but that seems like a pretty clear cut case.

He was the owner's nephew and appeared to go through life believing that no rules ever applied to him, doubt he'll ever change even if he ends up in prison.
Awful in the office during the day and the cctv footage must have been the stuff of nightmares after dark.
But all of that paled in comparison with the trauma of seeing him try to get his pervy hands on my toy animals during lunch breaks. :mad2:
I was so glad when that contract term ended.

Ugh. I think I know the kind of guy you're talking about. I nearly lost it when he made a very creepy remark about my sister who was in primary school at the time. Of course there was no evidence to confirm or deny he'd said what he'd said and he got off scot free, in the same way creepy **** ahead - select this post to show it he didn't get punished for asking a girl whether she liked hentai or for talking about how he'd watched a necrophilia video:yucky:
