Yes, but justice is a broad subject. However, if you’re asking that does the law odds with justice then yes. Also, remember there is something called evidence procedure, for instance, a culprit individual might escape justice sometimes because of the new evidence that is being brought to the judges which proves beyond all doubt that the accused didn’t do the crime even thou they did. So what do you expect the judges to decide then, I mean, they can’t make their own laws and rule out justice, right? They have to follow the ones that is being made already. So, it’s not their fault that sometimes justice isn’t served.
