The flat has two rooms - I am living in one of the rooms and the other room is to rent.

It has two single beds - £800 pm for two people.
I can also let the room to just one person - rent is less for one person £650.
All bill included - fiber optic broadband. Can arrange a viewing if interested

Its a lodger arrangement as I am renting from the council.

I took deposit for the room yesterday.

Good luck with your studies and hope you find suitable accommodation.
