Why do they want to make themselves feel better by belittling, putting others down, even bullying?
What is the emotions going through them? Incredible rage inside?

by putting someone else down they see that the person they're putting down is in a sadder state of mood than themselves so they feel happier with their own state
They’re probably a narcissist who feels better when they make someone else feel like sh*t + insecure af so they pick on others.
