Losing fat and building muscle at the same time?

let's say if i go into a calorie defecit but increase my protein intake would I lose fat and still be able to build muscle at the same time? And of course I will still be training aswell.

Its much harder to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. Its not impossible but its hard. You will need to be in a deficit to lose weight but you want the deficit smaller in order that you don't lose muscle. Make sure you keep protein around 1-2g per KG of bodyweight (depending on how much you exercise I'd start at the lower end).

Track you macros and make sure you are consuming enough carbs too.

I'd suggest speaking to a nutritionist who specialises in programmes for strength athletes as they would know the best ways to cut without losing too much muscle (think body builders and powerlifters). Or follow Martin MacDonald on Insta - he runs Mac University and they specialise in good evidence based nutrition. he' always posting lots of useful info and often answers questions.

Simply cut cal's and lift weights... A natural can only absorb so much protein. DO not think like a Bro scientist. More protein does not mean more muscle. Lifting heavier weights does.
AND never be a loser and take any PED's.
