Track you macros and make sure you are consuming enough carbs too.
I'd suggest speaking to a nutritionist who specialises in programmes for strength athletes as they would know the best ways to cut without losing too much muscle (think body builders and powerlifters). Or follow Martin MacDonald on Insta - he runs Mac University and they specialise in good evidence based nutrition. he' always posting lots of useful info and often answers questions.
let's say if i go into a calorie defecit but increase my protein intake would I lose fat and still be able to build muscle at the same time? And of course I will still be training aswell.
AND never be a loser and take any PED's.
