If i go Into a calorie deficit and increase my protein intake will I be able to lose fat and build muscle at the same time?

And of course still training.

It depends a lot on where you are at in your training. Generally you need a slight calorie surplus for muscle building but if you are just starting out then you will gain improved muscle size/definition and strength no matter what your diet. But obviously a good diet does speed the process up and helps you achieve more.
