How do I text my crush who’s in another country?

There's this guy I'm crushing on and I've fallen for him so many times but he has no idea I exist and what's worse is that he lives in another country 😭. His parents live in the same city as I am in now, and he visits them sometimes. We don’t follow eachother on any platforms. How do I start a convo with him? I’m a complete stranger to him.
How have you fallen for someone you've never met? How do you know of him?

Anyway, first step is probably to follow him on social media

I’ve seen him once in a party. And he’s from one of the most famous families in my city. I don’t know if I should follow him on social media bc he’s got very limited followers also his account is kinda dead.

You should just go for it. What do you have to lose really?

Edit: but tbh, do you really wanna start talking to someone in a different country? wouldn't it be easier to find someone in your city?

He’s in another country just to study, he’s get back eventually in my city. Or I don’t even know if he’s here already. Please tell me how do I start a conversation? I don’t wanna sound like I’m stalking him or I know him. Can it just be like I’ve texted the wrong person accidentally and we fall in love? 😓😭
well idk if hes socail media is dead then maybe hes busy...
