Asking for a someone, trying to give them advice, who is looking for work to prepare for interviews in upcoming weeks.Anyone had any recent interviews for policy and what did you get asked? What was the interview process like? Tips and advice would be appreciated

Hay I just had an interview for policy advisor but for dwp
They all the same I would say with the questions being generic for both behaviours and strengths
The advice I would give is make sure you stick to the star method as well make sure your example is of some significance and just be yourself.
