James Baillie Park JBP studio

I was just wondering if the studios at JBP also have access to like a flat living area?
Not sure what you mean by ‘flat living area’ but the studios are just used for one student, so no like shared area. There is a common room with sofas, tv, pool table and table tennis tho to socialise. But all students at JBP have access to that. The studios do have a sofa and a couple of breakfast bar seats so can have mates over to socialise. Hope that helps a bit :smile:

If you have a studio flat you do not share your kitchen, bathroom, living room with anyone else. You won't have any flatmates in that sense. If you look at some of the 365/street view pictures of jbp you can look at what the studios themselves look like and what a cluster flat (ensuite) looks like.
If you choose a ensuite or shared bathroom cluster flat you will have your own room, an ensuite or shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen dining area which you share with the people in your flat.
There are some general communal areas for jbp but those are in a separate building.
