Any opinions on Nursing Assoicate Degree and the role?

So am interested in this Nursing Associate, i have experience in caring but looking at the apprenticeship, i won't know where to look within the employers itself. Am planning to retake my maths but also find some sort of part time job. I have the grades to apply for Uni course and am keen to go down the apprenticeship route. I was either deciding to do Social Work apprenticeship where i need an employer or Nursing. I think the Idea of Associate nursing bridging the gap but also the on job training over spending 4 years in education. But i've been reading a lot interesting comments regarding the role it self over register nursing.
