Our pass
I've been trying to apply for my ourpass but i keep having issues with my documents. for my proof of birth and address it says to use a pdf or jpg file. i am using a pdf picture but when i upload it it says that i am using the wrong file type?? i double checked and its defo a pdf file. Has anyone else had this issue. what should i do? issue with size maybe?

Try a jpg? Could be a size issue, could be they don't actually accept PDF, who knows.

Just convert it into a jpeg and see if that works.
File save as jpg or use an online site convert pdf to jpg.
