maybe try a full deep clean of your room and maybe even your house if possible
use a dehumidifier and ventilate your house through windows
fill in any gaps there may be in your house

Ummm, check if you have any cracks leading to the outside that might be letting them in. Worms generally like the damp, so you must have an area of your room that is moist. If you can afford it, get this stuff called diatomaceous earth. What you do is sprinkle it around your room and it acts as a repellent to pests because it cuts them up/dehydrates them and kills them. I would sprinkle some of that wherever you've seen the worms and around any crevices or cracks.

Hey I’ve did some research and found out that these black worms like moisture and are looking for moisture,is your home dry? If not I think you should open the window and get some sprays for this.
