Hello, I am a student looking for a replacement tenant for an En-Suite (Bronze) room at Swanston House, Belfast (41-45 Queen St, Belfast BT1 6ET).
The deposit fee is £250. The accommodation fee is £135 per week for a contract length of 44 weeks. The room size is 14 square metre.
The room has its own bathroom, while the kitchen and living spaces are shared with other 9 tenants.
The contract starts from the 12th of September 2020 until the 17th of July 2021.
Swanston House is a great location for students because from here, it only takes 21 minutes to walk to Queen's University and 10 minutes to walk to Ulster University Belfast Campus.
