for brother and boyfriend try http://www.iwantoneofthose.com/

    loads of boys toys.

16/17 year old boys can always use money - i know it's boring.

mum - flowers, a proper bouquet preferably delivered to her. A gift voucher for a facial / massage.

books - my mum has watched every episode of "who do you think you are?" so i've got her the book that goes with it.

A nice oil burner and some scented oils.

A home made 'relax in the bath kit' - a wine glass, small bottle of wine, a couple of tea lights,a bath bomb and a magazine.

As I keep saying: Bank of England vouchers. Practical, and can be exchanged for pretty much anything.
