Omg yay that's so exciting! The facilities there for Physics are so so good.
They are,she had a lecture today on Phys101 (the physical universe)and was on Newtons Laws. He taught the class but then the students were asking him questions on other bits like string theory which she loves. One lecturer at the end of the session got his ukulele, and entertained the students lol. With covid, labs are half in person, and half online so you have 3 hours every fortnight on a Monday. And seminars and workshops have also comprised of kahoot quizzes to test what you have learned, as well as problem sheets. Mondays are packed all day, Tuesday and Thursday couple of lectures and seminars, and Wednesday and Friday are the lighter days.

My daughter's wanting to do Management and HR at Lancaster next year. Can anyone in the know give me the pros and cons of the following colleges - Furness, Fylde, Pendle and Grizedale? She likes to party a bit and loves to dance but also likes her sleep most nights of the week... So we're thinking Superior Ensuite rather than a Townhouse. Do anyone know which of these colleges have the best Superior Ensuites/Flats?

Also, does anyone have an opinion on number of people in a flat - is 5/6 too few (Grizedale?), do flats tend to socialise separately or together? I'm thinking with regards to both getting to know people with a view to finding friends for Year 2 accommodation and also if you're stuck with them whilst isolating?!! Any help would be appreciated.
